2. Eligibility for a Full Refund

You are eligible for a complete, 100% refund if:

• You purchased a DiskCompanion Lifetime Pro license within the past 30 calendar days.
• The software did not meet your expectations, did not free up the disk space you anticipated, or encountered compatibility issues with your specific macOS environment.
• You made an accidental duplicate purchase or entered an incorrect email address during checkout.

You do not need to provide technical logs or jump through support hoops. If it didn't work for you, we honor your refund immediately.

3. How to Request Your Refund

Requesting a refund takes less than two minutes:

1. Send an email to support@diskcompanion.com from the email address you used at checkout.
2. Include your order number, license key, or transaction reference (found in your purchase confirmation email).
3. Let us know you would like a refund. While optional, any brief feedback about why DiskCompanion didn't meet your needs helps us improve the utility for future updates.

4. Processing Timelines

Once received, your refund request is acknowledged and processed by our team within 24 business hours.

Funds are returned to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Apple Pay). Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit will typically appear on your statement within 3 to 5 business days.

5. License Deactivation

Upon issuance of a full refund, your Lifetime Pro license key will be gracefully deactivated on our licensing server. DiskCompanion will automatically revert to the Free Evaluation tier on your Mac, allowing you to continue using the interactive SpaceLens storage visualizer.
